Ingredients:
1/3 cup of dry soya mince
1/8 cup soya sauce
1/3 cup water
salt
black pepper
hot paprika
cumin
garlic powder
2 tablespoons cake flour

Method:
Soya mince burger patties:  In a small bowl, place the soya mince and add the seasoning: dash of salt,
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper,  dash of cumin, 1 to 2 teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/2 teaspoon of hot paprika.

Mix all these ingredients together with a fork.  Boil the water.
Pour the soy sauce over the mince , followed by the water and mix everything again with a fork.
Let the mixture stand for around 15 minutes until it is cool enough to shape with your hands.

Furthermore, add the flour and mix again with your fork until it forms a paste.
Shape this with your hands into a burger.  Fry these for around 2-3 minutes on each side in olive oil.
